CROSS COUNTRY HOME SERVICES TO MANAGE SERVICE LINE PROTECTION PROGRAM FOR COLORADO SPRINGS UTILITIES

FORT LAUDERDALE, Florida, and COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado, February 19, 2007 - Cross Country Home Services, Inc. (CCHS), the country’s leading provider of home warranties, home service plans and homeowner emergency assistance programs, has entered into an agreement with Colorado Springs Utilities (CSU) to take responsibility for CSU’s HomeVantage® Service Line Warranty program.

CCHS will provide coverage enhancements to CSU’s existing HomeVantage® Service Line Warranty which covers outdoor water and sewer service lines as well as indoor plumbing, electric and natural gas lines against damage from normal wear and tear. Repairs and replacement service will be provided by CCHS’ existing, pre-screened network of service contractors. Local contractors already in the CSU network will also be used to provide service.
