CROSS COUNTRY HOME SERVICES CONTINUES TO RAPIDLY EXPAND ITS CLIENT ROSTER WITH THE ADDITION OF FLORIDA-BASED LEE COUNTY ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE

FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. -- January 8, 2008 – Cross Country Home Services (CCHS), the leader in helping companies drive revenue and customer loyalty through a comprehensive set of home warranties, home service plans and homeowner emergency assistance programs, today announced a new partnership agreement with Lee County Electric Cooperative (LCEC). As part of CCHS’ continued, rapid expansion in the utilities market, the company will provide home repair and replace plans such as LineProtect® to Florida-based LCEC customers beginning January 2008.

"At LCEC, we are always looking for ways to increase customer satisfaction," said Joe Padgett, Marketing and Energy Services, LCEC. "The CCHS repair and service plans will help us continue to achieve customer satisfaction and revenue goals.”

CCHS services will complement LCEC’s existing programs aimed at helping customers avoid costly home repairs for energy related equipment. The two organizations will work closely together to identify new ways to serve LCEC’s customers by bringing additional products to market and leveraging CCHS’ service plan administrative excellence, existing service network and direct marketing capabilities built over the last 25 years.

"Through this partnership we will be able to support LCEC’s goal of delivering a wider array of energy-related home solutions in a highly efficient manner," said Jeff Barnes Vice President, Utility Group, CCHS. "In addition, this partnership demonstrates how our programs can be built successfully for both investor-owned utilities and cooperatives."
