CROSS COUNTRY HOME SERVICES APPOINTS NEW CEO, JOSEPH J. INCANDELA, TO SPEARHEAD EXPANSION INTO NEW MARKETS AND PRODUCT OFFERINGS

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – March 26, 2007 – Cross Country Home Services,the leader in helping companies drive revenue and customer loyalty through a comprehensive set of home warranties, home service plans and homeowner emergency assistance programs, today announced the appointment of Joseph J. Incandela as its Chief Executive Officer. In this new role, Incandela will spearhead an effort to accelerate the company’s profitable growth through an expansion into a number of new markets and product offerings.

We are confident that his addition to the team will enable the company to significantly expand its position as the leading multi-product, multi-channel marketer of home services to the American home owner.”

Incandela was appointed to the Board of Advisors for the Cross Country Group in 2003 and became the Board’s Chairman in 2004. Previously, Incandela founded Overture Capital Partners, an investment firm focused on the small and micro-cap private equity market. Prior to this role, Incandela served as a Managing Director of the Thomas H. Lee Company, a Boston-based private equity investment company. He has held several positions as president and chief executive officer for companies such as Conductron Corporation, Amerace Corporation, and as interim CEO of Darling International.

Incandela was born in Brooklyn, NY. He earned his bachelor’s of science degree in economics from Wagner College, in New York, NY and attended The Graduate School of Business at Loyola University in Chicago, IL.

Incandela’s appointment enhances senior management that includes company President Sandra C. Finn. Finn has led the company through seven years of rapid growth and will continue to oversee companywide operations.
