CROSS COUNTRY HOME SERVICES APPOINTS BILL STREETMAN TO ENERGY GROUP, BRINGING ADDITIONAL DEPTH OF INDUSTRY EXPERTISE TO THE COMPANY
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – September 27, 2006 – Cross Country Home Services (CCHS) has named Bill Streetman, Director, Account Management of the utility group to oversee new client implementations and to ensure that our clients’ revenue and customer loyalty objectives are met. The recent addition of talent to the company’s utility team will result in the continued delivery of top quality programs that generate results.
“Bill’s experience in the development and implementation of gas and electric utility programs adds additional depth to our team, as we strive to bring increased customer loyalty and revenue to our utility clients,” says Jeff Barnes, Director, Utility Group. “He has successfully overseen the building and management of many programs that have generated significant revenue for utilities around the country, and has proven that home service programs can generate the kind of customer loyalty that is reflected in a utility’s JD Power scores.”
Before joining CCHS, Bill served as vice president of implementation for Allied Utility Network where he was responsible for the design and implementation of marketing and sales programs for retail operations throughout North America. Prior to this role, he worked as a senior vice president at A&C Enercom where he was responsible for branch office operations implementation of DSM, conservation, weatherization, audit and contractor-based programs for utilities nationwide. Bill has established contractor networks for energy companies such as Detroit Edison, The Michigan Department of Social Services, Consumers Power, NYSEG, Philadelphia Electric, Indianapolis Power & Light, and Public Service Indiana and was recognized by the American Gas Association for his Natural Choice program for Columbia Gas.

Bill received his bachelor’s in both marketing and finance from Franklin University and resides in Westerville, Ohio.
