CCHS manages one of the largest independent service networks in the country – with over 40,000 licensed and insured service professionals. Our service network is built on our more than 25 years of hiring and retaining only qualified prescreened service professionals with a depth of experience in areas such as heating and air conditioning, plumbing, electrical and appliances.

Network Management
To ensure that we maintain the highest level of quality, we’ve built an in-house team of over 50 specialists dedicated to the full-time management of our service network.
This team includes professionals with years of field trade experience, including associates with heating and air conditioning licensing, boiler engineering certification, general contracting, master plumber licensing and trade school instruction credentials. To ensure that our team’s knowledge is kept current, we created an in-house, hands-on training facility stocked with the latest equipment.
Technology
Underlying our quality assurance and network management capabilities is the most sophisticated service network management system in the industry. Each member of our service network is rated on over 100 attributes including the status of licenses and insurance, their ability to service various systems and appliances, and even their ability to communicate with non-English speaking customers. |
